Puppy Health Guarantee and Agreement
- I have done all in my ability to choose and breed healthy and temperamentally sound dogs. Beginning with the parental bloodlines and then continuing with excellent feeding, care and handling of the puppies. My puppies will have their foundational social skills. They have no unusual shyness or temperament issues. It is your responsibility to continue to raise your new puppy with patience and knowledge. The next two years are so very crucial to who your dog becomes. I HIGHLY recommend becoming a member of Baxter & Bella , an affordable one on one training course for you and your dog. Our puppies are raised with these methods and will be prepared to continue with you in charge! We believe you will be impressed with the ease of using this program. Even though the Australian Labradoodle is a fantastic breed and so highly intelligent, at the end of the day, it is still a dog. All dogs need proper training and care.

-Under no circumstances is this puppy / dog to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter or similar establishment . If at any time in this puppy's lifetime it needs to be surrendered, I will take him / her back and /or relocate him/her.

-I guarantee this puppy free of genetic disorders for a period of two years from date of sale. If during this period a genetic disorder is discovered and attested to by a veterinarian, and this veterinarian provides proof to me of said disorder, the pup shall be replaced by a puppy from a current or future litter or the purchase price refunded; the choice is mine. I shall not be held responsible for non-genetically derived disqualifying faults.

-I attest that this puppy is healthy at the time of sale. You are encouraged to have your puppy checked by your veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. If the puppy is deemed unhealthy, and the proof is provided by your veterinarian , the puppy may be returned to me for a full refund.

-Unless there is a written and signed agreement, the puppy is a pet and shall not be used for breeding purposes. My contract is null and void if this is breached. If you would like to become a breeder, I am glad to help as I have been helped to learn to be a responsible and ethical breeder.
- My guarantee is null and void if this puppy is fed substandard dog food . We need good healthy food to thrive long term and our animal friends are no different. I encourage you to check out the facts on dog foods and educate yourself.
